Details
Hozelock PLL replacement UV bulbs are suitable for the Hozelock Filter and UVC range including the Hozelock Vorton UVC range.
UV Bulbs should ideally be changed every 12 months as the output overtime can fade, ideally in the spring. The PLL range all come with the 4 pin singled ended and the twin tubes as one.
Ultra Violet Light binds together algae cells for easy filtration and removal. Changing the bulbs on average every 12 months will keep the pond free from algae which in turn will stop the water from becoming murky and could starve the fish and plants of oxygen, light and nutrients. The Hozelock PLL bulbs are made to the highest standard and offer excellent quality.
*Note - Not suitable for Blagdon Filters.
