What is this Z-AminoPlus from Reef Zlements?

This Z-AminoPlus is a specially designed blend of amino acids, carbohydrates and vitamins that provides corals with the nutrition they need to thrive. It's made from a unique recipe formulated by industry experts Reef Zlements.

How do I use this Z-AminoPlus?

For best results, Z-AminoPlus should be dosed directly into your reef tank in an area of high flow. It's recommended that you do this during the day while your lights are on. To automate this process, you can fit a bottle of this Z-AminoPlus to a dosing pump.

The amount of Z-AminoPlus you should add to your reef tank depends on two factors: your aquarium's water volume and the size/type of corals you keep. The recommended doses are as follows:

• Light (Soft, LPS and SPS) - 1ml per 100L per day
• Medium (Soft, LPS and SPS) - 2ml per 100L per day
• Heavy (Soft, LPS and SPS) - 4ml per 100L per day

These are just recommended doses. You may feel the need to adjust your dosing levels to suit your reef tank's specific needs.

If you notice any brown or grey biofilm on your live rocks, or an increase in the growth of algae/cyanobacteria, then it's likely that you're dosing too much Z-AminoPlus.

It's also worth noting that first-time Z-AminoPlus users may experience a reduction in alkalinity, calcium, and other element levels in their reef tanks. It's important that these parameters are closely monitored and adjusted if necessary.
